Episode 19 -The God Who Is

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want ...

“My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus".” - Philippians 4:19

Gos is overflowing with everything that is good and everything that we need.

 You alone are the Lord;

You have m ade heaven,

The heaven of heavens, with all their host,

The earth and everything on it

.,The seas and all that is in them,

And you preserve them all.

The host of heaven worships you. _ Nehemiah 9:6

The people of Israel stood an declared these words when they turned their face back to the God who had delivered them. Our highest calling is to set our minds on God and who he is. How we think of God is how we will experience Him and how we will experience this life. I first must understand that he is all, is in all and has all. He is “all-sufficient” within Himself, needing nothing outside of himself. He is and has always been. He tells us his name is “I am that I am”. And secondly I must understand that He is good and filled with joy and light. And finally as I turn my heart and mind to Him, I grow to understand that His joy has been poured out over my life in abundance and delight. No circumstance or situation in my life can ever negate this reality.
